I am Péter Gere, alumnus of Corvinus University of Budapest (MSc in Management) & CEMS Master’s in International Management. I worked for 7 years in Germany, most of that time for a management consultancy (Detecon Consulting, subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom), and I have already worked for over 10 years with different multinational corporations, SMEs as well as with universities.
My functional focuses are user-centred business innovation, Design Thinking, agile & creative approaches, implications of digitalization on corporate culture. I supported clients with user-centred innovation projects, workshops and trainings from various industries (telecommunication, automotive, insurance, retail, hotel industry…) in different departments (finance, HR, sales, aftersales, marketing, IT…) in the last years to become more user-centric, agile and innovative
I elaborated several concepts and led 100+ user-centred innovation projects as well as shorter workshops or trainings in English, German and Hungarian language (in Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, China & USA) for companies, organizations and universities.
At Detecon, I co-built up a pool of 15-20 Design Thinking coaches and I was one of the leaders of the Design Thinking community.
Since January 2019 I am working for companies, organizations and universities as innovation consultant and mentor, Design Thinking and agile project coach to raise customer experience as well as employee satisfaction.
In November 2022 I joined edUcate Hungary Kft as an Agile Coach for 10 months. In this position I was responsible for the way of working of 3 squads, supporting the digital transformation journey of a client. In September 2023, I joined NN Hungary as Organizational Innovation Manager.
