As a visiting lecturer or guest lecturer, I am giving lectures and workshops since 2011 in English, German and Hungarian language – for secondary school students, bachelor and master degree students as well as in MBA and PhD programmes primarily in Hungary and in Germany.
My topics are the following: (1) corporate culture and cultural models (such as Organizational Energy), (2) possibilities for changing the culture with explaining own consultant cases, (3) digital transformation, (4) introduction to innovation and creativity techniques as well as (5) Design Thinking workshops.
My goal is to give students insights into the corporate life with various practical examples, business challenges as well as to show them companies’ ideation processes with concrete solution scenarios.
I have already worked with the Corvinus University of Budapest, ESSCA (École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers) School of Management, Fresenius Hochschule in Hamburg, University of Cologne, Andrássy University Budapest, Central European University, Semmelweis University, Engame Academy and Széchenyi István University.
